Neroli King Neroli has been a member of CrossFit Power Station since well before the days of CrossFit. Starting with Boxing and Kettlebell, she was part of our first Bootcamp and is now an accomplished CrossFit athlete. Prior to CrossFit, Neroli combined her passion for long distance running with long distance cycling and sprint triathlons. Today she is committed to CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting and Kettlebell! She holds a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer certificate. “CrossFit is all about redefining what you think you’re capable of – I‘ve accomplished things that I never thought possible and as a Trainer I really enjoy helping others to gain a new skill or improve an existing one.
