Michelle
Trainer - Low Intensity & Mobility

Michelle is our expert on mobility and flexibility. Before joining CrossFit Power Station she took part in a number of running, duathlon, triathlon and cycling events. She has a Fitness Trainer certificate and also a Spin Instructor certificate. 

Her interest now lies in expanding her knowledge of the Pilates programme and incorporating those principles into her own training. Mobility, stability and flexibility as part of injury prevention is of particular interest and her Low Intensity / TRX sessions focus on gaining strength and improving function for all athletes.

“I view fitness as meaning different things to different people. It also changes during our lifetime; as our goals change we can adapt our training regime to achieve the desired outcome. I love my role of educating and motivating athletes to achieve their goals within a safe environment.”
